Elevate’s earth and air teacher training is the teaching of aerial and terrestrial yoga practices. The program is broken down into multiple modules including empower training, yin and restore training and hatha training. Elevate currently offers a 55-hour full air teacher training and a 200-hour full earth teacher training. The programs are an intensive training experience that requires full completion to receive your certification. If you’re attending to deepen your yoga knowledge, the number of classes you wish to attend are up to you.

After the program, students leave with a stronger connection to the practice that they can bring into the studio and their daily experiences. Many of the former students not only come out with a certification but lifelong friends. “The Elevate teach training has taught me so many new perspectives. This experience has given me the guidance and confidence to take the yoga lifestyle beyond my mat and into my daily life activities. Elevate created a welcoming, authentic, and safe environment for me to grow my yoga practice that I will be forever grateful for this team.” said a former student.

The teacher training requires time, effort and an open mind as you’re embarking on a new journey. Don’t be surprised if you have to take notes and continue the practice at home during the program. If you feel intimated by the process, Elevate will welcome and support you along your journey no matter where you begin. Not only will you leave with a deeper understanding of the practice, but also with a new community.
