Air “Aerial” Yoga
The Air portion of the training is intended to expand your knowledge and experience of Aerial Yoga. There are no prerequisites to attend, and all modules will be a la carte. Come to one or come to all! If you are interested in the certification portion, completion of all modules is required.
The Elevate Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive, 55-hour certification. Open to anyone, including existing yoga teachers and students who are interested in teaching Aerial Yoga or who wish to deepen their practice, without the desire to teach.
This training is split into four separate modules, which will cover:
(F) Foundations of Air Yoga (2 modules)
(AP) Air Power with Flips and Tricks
(AY) Air Yin Yoga
Upon completion of the program, you will be instilled with the knowledge and confidence to lead a safe, enjoyable and energizing class.
*If you are interested in obtaining the Aerial Teacher Certification, you must be present for all contact hours , teach one Karma class and pass the written exam.
The Aerial training modules only $400 Each:
MODULE 1 -(F) Foundations of Air Yoga - Safety - Fundamental and Supplemental Pose Analysis - Building on the Fundamental/Supplemental Poses.
MODULE 2 - (F) Foundations of Air Yoga - Class Management - Sequencing and Cueing – Bring your voice to a Sequence.
MODULE 3 - (AP) Mindful Air Power Conditioning - Power Poses - Power Sequence - Flips & Tricks
MODULE 4 - (AY) Air Yin – Yin Theory - Air Yin Poses - Yin Sequence.

Class Requirement
Students are required to take 16 classes throughout the duration of the program to experience different styles, levels and methodologies.

No refunds will be issued after commencement of training.
