🌞 30-Day “Pause + Breathe” Challenge
Because when the heat rises, our nervous system doesn’t need to.
This August, we’re inviting you to practice a different kind of strength — the ability to pause in the middle of the chaos and just breathe.
🔔 Option 1: The Bell Challenge
Inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, this version is simple and powerful:

Set a soft, beautiful bell or chime to go off once per hour on your phone or watch.

When it rings, stop for 1 minute — just inhale, exhale, and be.

Do this daily for 30 days and post about your experience on Instagram or Facebook. (You can share once a day or every few days — whatever feels good!)
🌿 Option 2: The Relaxation Drop-In
Don’t want to use a timer? Try this approach instead: Every day, for 30 days, intentionally take a moment to relax. It could be lying down, stepping away from your desk, closing your eyes in your car, or even taking 3 deep breaths between tasks. No rules, just presence. Then post about it, tag us, and inspire others to slow down too.

At the end of the month, we’ll put everyone who participated and posted into a prize drawing. The more posts, the more entries! ✅ Must tag @ElevateYogaCenter (in a post — stories disappear and we won’t be able to count them).

The Long Hold ~ Yin yoga, unhurried. Just the pose and the pause.
A slow, spacious Yin practice. No extras, just time - to soften, breathe, and land. Two hours of floor-based postures held in stillness. A quiet reset for your nervous system, fascia, and spirit.

Join Niki, in a journey of reconnecting with your breath, your body, and the slower rhythm that lives beneath the buzz. This is your invitation to pause, soften, and simply be held.
