Water - Yin

What it is: A Yin-style class that clears out your body’s physical and energetic ‘canals’ so you can truly rest. Think deep sensations, longer-held poses and a full-body clearing. 

Who it’s for: Anyone - but Yin is especially therapeutic for people in pain - whether that’s physical or emotional.

Water - Yin/Yang

Yin-Yang Yoga combines yin yoga with a flow practice. The Yin portion of this class is a gentle, quiet, and meditative practice that teaches us to relax and accept ourselves just as we are. The Yang portion of this class allows us to integrate this openness and awareness into a sense of steadiness and alignment with a short, gentle vinyasa flow in our practice. This class is suitable for all levels.

Fire - Flow

What it is: A class that helps you build your confidence and connection to your inner flame by synchronizing movement and breath. Get out of your head and into your body as you burn off toxic thoughts and stagnant energy, you can sweat out anything that’s holding you down through an all levels vinyasa practice. Note that this classroom environment is not externally heated but instead focuses on building internal heat through unique and creative flows of movement.

Who it’s for: This class serves as a perfect introduction to students who are new to yoga and plenty of options to customize the practice to fit your needs whether you wish to modify or intensify.

Why you should try it: You’re sitting at a desk all day, you have some energy to burn, or you just really like to move your body.

Air - Yoga

What it is: An aerial class! You probably know that hanging upside down is really fun, but it’s also a great way to practice your poses in total safety. Think of your aerial hammock as a prop so you can let your inner child out!

Who it’s for: Every BODY seeking a fun experience or those looking to enjoy a more accessible alternative to challenging floor asana. Air is especially great for yogis with wrist or shoulder issues that make planks and down dogs a challenge, or anyone who’s feeling the playful call to experience life upside down! .

Air - Power

Aerial Power. This class is all fun flips and fitness. Some aerial experience OR a love for adventure is required but all are welcome. In this class we use the Aerial Hammock to move through a series of poses meant to lengthen and strengthen the whole body. Expect a workout.

Air - Yin

Utilizing the soft silk hammocks this Yin practice targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, which are not exercised in the more active flow of asana. Long-held postures can even target bones and joints, strengthening the body's foundation.

Air - Silks

Have you ever been curious how the performers in Cirque du Soleil climb the fabric and perform tricks in the air? This class will teach you just that, and it is open to students of all levels (even if it's your first time); no experience is necessary!

Students work in small groups learning tricks and climbs in turn, but the instructor will work with you as an individual so you can progress at your own rate.

Beginners start with basic climbs, foot locks and poses. You'll learn from the ground up mastering basic wraps on the floor before progressing to try them in the air. More advanced students learn advanced poses, climbs, sequences, spins, drops, and flips. Bring a friend and come learn to fly!

Air - Bungee

Take your workout to new heights with Air - Bungee (B), a gravity-defying, low-impact cardio experience designed to get your heart racing and your spirit soaring. Get ready to fly through the air and dive towards the ground in a dynamic and exhilarating workout..

Fly, Dive, and Defy Gravity: In this one-of-a-kind class, you'll be attached to a bungee cord that elevates you into the air, creating an incredible feeling of weightlessness. As the cord pulls you upwards, you'll engage your core and legs to control your movement, giving you an invigorating and challenging workout.

Weight Limit 250 Pounds: Please note that Air - Bungee (B) has a weight limit of 250 pounds to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants

Air - Lyra

Welcome to our All Levels Lyra (Hoop) Class, where the captivating art of aerial acrobatics meets the serenity of Yoga elements of nature. Embrace the Air element as you elevate yourself off the ground, exploring the beauty of aerial movement in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What to Expect: Experience a dynamic class suitable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned aerialists. Our expert instructors will guide you through carefully curated exercises, helping you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. From fundamental poses to advanced sequences, every class offers a rewarding and progressive experience.

This class is open to everyone, regardless of prior experience. If you've never tried aerial arts before, don't worry—our nurturing space is perfect for newcomers. For those with previous experience, our instructors will tailor the class to ensure continuous progress.

Space - Meditation

What it is: A seated posture class with short Kriyas (includes a set of the following actions and not limited to).  Mudras (gestures), Bandhas (locks), Pranyama (breathwork), and Mantra to establish a balanced physical, mental and energetic state.

Who it’s for: Seekers of the traditions of Yoga beyond the mat Also those yearning to create a home meditation practice and is not sure how to begin.

Air - Kids

Kids’ Yoga with Aerial is movement, fun and mindfulness.  We howl at the moon in upward dog, hiss in cobra pose and land peacefully on our mats in butterfly pose. We play yoga games and work together to build confidence and self- esteem.  Our aerial yoga classes offer children the opportunity to fly in silk hammocks to promote balance and boost confidence. Our airborne yogis demonstrate courage and strength in the air and on their mats. 

Our Kids’ Yoga with Aerial classes are specifically designed to help children ages 6-12 learn new ways to calm their minds and bodies through poses, focus, breath control, mindfulness and meditation. Children will get stronger and more flexible while building self-confidence by doing things they never thought possible

Earth or Air - Relax and Renew

What it is: A restorative class - our most deeply restful experience. Your body will be supported by props like hammocks, blankets and bolsters so you can ground, relax, and let go.

Who it’s for: Anyone - but especially those Type A’s who hate to slow down. This is yoga as medicine - it may taste bad at first - but your body really needs it to heal. 

Why you should try it: You’re helping everyone but yourself and are on the fast track to burnout. This is your invitation to unwind and take care of YOU..
