Stress is an everyday aspect of our busy lives. When it builds up, it can become very challenging to live with. This series will teach you Yoga, Mindfulness & Breathing techniques that will reduce stress & improve sleep.

Alpa Raval holds a Masters degree in Yoga Philosophy & Meditation, A 300 hour certification in Yoga Therapy & is certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
