Shift out of the negative - Embrace the Positive

This workshop combines a specific Asana series and introspective meditation techniques. Intentionally designed to develop self awareness, raise consciousness and gain new perspectives. The workshop will be led by Cynthia Seeley MS, RYT and Jennifer Lawrence, RYT. Cynthia has been practicing yoga and meditation for 7 years - with an emphasis on the meditative side of yoga. Jenny was first introduced to yoga as a child and has been practicing passionately for 9 years. Jenny's classes focus on building a strong foundation and core connection - leading her students through a journey of self discovery and strength.
