Although a yin practice is perfect for ALL seasons, an Autumn practice can have particular benefits for practitioners. After the hectic and busy summer, (which reflects strong “yang” qualities) ease into Autumn and incorporate the cool, relaxing, earthy qualities of a yin practice. Join Frank de la Cruz, E-RYT 200, for a 2 hour-long Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra practice. For the first 1 hr and 30 minutes, allow yourself to immerse deep into the slow, reflective practice of Yin Yoga, which delves deeply into the muscle fascia, joints and ligaments. For the final 30 minutes, allow Frank to guide you into the deep meditative practice of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). Think of it as a guided meditation aimed at calming the mind, and accelerate self-healing abilities dormant within you.
