Trataka Meditation

This powerful  hour long meditation traditionally called Trataka (Concentrated Gazing) is the practice of gazing at an external object ( a candle for this event). It is commonly practiced after asanas and pranayama.  Its benefits include the development of a deeper more focused meditation practice as well as strengthening the eyes and building stronger concentration abilities.  Come and explore a powerful meditation technique to enhance your yoga practice.  All Levels of meditators or non meditators  are welcome.
