Aerial Foundations (F) Is a great class for Aerial new comers and experienced yogis alike. Using a soft Aerial Hammock as a prop, yogis can elevate their practice to new heights.This class will help to build a solid foundation in Aerial and terrestrial yoga for any practitioner. No experience is necessary and a good attitude is all you need.
Aerial YIN Elevate your yin practice. Using the aerial hammock as a prop Aerial instructors lead the student through a traditional yin practice. In this class postures are held for 3 to 10 minutes and a strong concentration on the breathe is encouraged. This class requires no prior experience and is open to all levels.
Gentle Aerial A gentle class for those with zero aerial experience, limited flexibility or someone just looking for a slow flowing aerial experience.
Aerial Power Fit This class is all fun flips and fitness. Some aerial experience OR a love for adventure is required but all are welcome. In this class we use the Aerial Hammock to move through a series of poses meant to lengthen and strengthen the whole body. Expect a workout.
Aer Silks All classes are open to students of all levels! The instructor works with you as an individual so you can progress at your own rate. Beginners start with basic climbs and poses. You learn from the ground up learning basic wraps on the floor. More Advanced students learn advanced poses, Spins, Drops, and slides.
A lyra, also known as an aerial hoop, is a round metal hoop suspended in the air on which we can sit, spin, twist and maneuver our bodies to create fun shapes and lines all while getting a great workout! Bring yourself back to your childhood when swinging on the monkey bars at the playground eased away all the worries of the world, and then equate lyra to that as the adult version! It will increase your upper body and core strength and improve all-over flexibility.

Children can gain enhanced concentration, flexibility, body awareness, and overall well-being from any yoga practice. But an aerial yoga classes has even more to offer!This super-fun style of kids' yoga also promotes better balance, boosts confidence , and offers tykes a sense of courage and strength. KIDS Aerial Silks are designed to introduce kids and pre-teens to aerial circus arts. Children will get stronger and more flexible while building self-confidence by doing things they never thought possible.

This class is offered in a heated and non heated setting. (see class description) Flowing through a sequence of asanas synchronized to the breath warms the body, allowing the practitioner to move deeper into postures and , over time, deeper into their personal practice. This yoga style is inherently diverse, and sequencing varies based on each teachers personal flavor.
Ashtanga is a series of asanas placed in a specific order, each one building on the next. This allows practitioners to track their progress, as well as develop more stability both physically and mentally. Through an Ashtanga practice, yogis find joy in the stability of knowing the next asana, creating a beautiful space for meditation in movement.
Yin yoga is a deep practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, which are not exercised in the more active flow of asana. Long-held postures can even target bones and joints, strengthening the body's foundation.
Hatha I This class builds on the foundations of Yoga. Find more time to focus on body alignment, and moving gently in and out of postures. Students learn new asanas expanding on the poses they know with modifications and variations. Build a deeper understanding of body awareness while cultivating a breathing practice.
Hatha II Building an even stronger foundation, this class increases stamina and draws more focus on strengthening and opening the body. Delve even deeper into new pranayama to complement the practice. Students hold asanas for longer creating greater awareness and connection to the breath. Some yoga experience suggested.
Hot 26 offers the beginning yoga series made popular worldwide by Bikram Choudhury. Classes are 90 minutes and conducted in our state-of-the-art studio which is maintained at 90°F. All of our classes are led by Hot 26 Certified Instructors. The class is comprised of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This sequence of postures is designed to work the whole body - muscles, joints, glands, internal organs - everything! All ability levels are welcome - beginner to advanced.
Restorative yoga is a delicious surrender into quiet, soothing postures that incorporate bolsters and blankets. With the support of props, students can achieve poses without muscular strength, facilitating release and relaxation that will calm the nervous system and coax away built up tension.

It is my hope, that a mens only class will begin to tip the scales in the opposite direction. No frills or flows, just a breath led class that will help your body stay strong, calm the mind and teach you to be more present in every moment.
This class will be a slow moving but steady practice that focuses on the breath and how the poses feel for “your” body only. No need to feel awkward about your flexibility. Open to all levels, this class will focus on the poses best suited to help a mans body. My hope is to get you looking and feeling better on the inside and the outside too.
Healing Through Yoga and Sound
Are you in need of healing whether it be physical, mental, emotional, relationships, etc...? Our bodies and minds work continuously to maintain balance (homeostasis). At times we get "out of balance" and need to direct our attention to returning to a balanced state. This mat based yoga class targets the "whole person" by combining gentle movement (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), healing gestures (mudras), vocal sounds (toning sounds and mantras), concentration, relaxation, and meditation techniques (pratyhara, dharana, dhyana) to reach a state where your body and mind can tap into its intrinsic healing ability. Each class will end with a soothing mind/body purification through the sounds of the crystal bowl. This healing class is taught by an experienced yoga therapist. If it is your first time at this class come 10-15 minutes early to discuss your healing needs with the instructor.
